Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Marketing Analytics, Business, or related field and 5+ years of relevant professional experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong analytical, conceptual thinking, logic and problem-solving capabilities across complex datasets.
• Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI), and data analysis techniques.
• Well-developed written and oral communication skills and the ability to present complex information clearly to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Partner with marketing stakeholders to understand objectives and deliver analytical solutions for customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Develop targeted customer lists and audience selections for campaigns while ensuring compliance with rules and regulations.
• Analyze campaign performance and deliver insights to optimize effectiveness and ROI.
• Design, execute, and evaluate AB tests and other marketing experiments to support data-driven decisions.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations communicating key marketing metrics and trends.
• Identify customer segments and opportunities to enable more personalized marketing strategies.
