Job summary

PNC is seeking a Business Analytics Manager to stand up and operationalize the Marketing Communications Data Domain. You will lead governance, define the data universe, and implement controls in partnership with Risk and domain owners.

The role requires strong data governance, delivery experience, and the ability to coordinate across Marketing, Technology, Analytics, and Risk teams to drive domain adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data management, governance, or data engineering.
• 3+ years leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience with enterprise governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysts to set up and achieve go-live readiness for the Marketing Communications Data Domain.
• Define and maintain the domain data universe, ownership, and data elements.
• Establish governance rules for applications, systems of records and data usage.
• Implement and maintain required controls with Risk and control owners.
• Drive metadata standards and documentation across processes.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Technology, Analytics, and Risk to align requirements.
• Translate business needs into plans and milestones.
• Oversee BAU data pipelines and transition to production.
