First National Bank of Omaha (FNBO) is seeking a Marketing Manager for Wealth & Institutional Services to steer marketing and communications strategy, translating business objectives into strategic plans and launching campaigns that drive growth and strengthen brand equity.

In collaboration with business leaders and Centers of Excellence, you will guide campaign strategy, messaging, and data-driven performance analytics to optimize outcomes and ensure initiatives align with FNBO's core

Qualifications

Strategic marketing leadership experience with ability to translate objectives into plans.
Track record of managing multiple campaigns with strategic alignment.
Strong financial and analytical acumen with ROI focus.
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into optimizations.
Proficiency with marketing analytics tools and reporting.

Responsibilities

Serve as day-to-day marketing liaison to Business Leadership for assigned lines of business.
Translate business objectives into actionable marketing strategies with defined success metrics.
Contribute insights and recommendations to strategic planning discussions.
Present strategic recommendations and performance insights to senior stakeholders.
Develop end-to-end marketing strategies and detailed tactical plans for lifecycle marketing.
Lead campaign briefings and ensure strategic intent is maintained; drive optimization.
Track and report KPIs; manage marketing budgets and ROI analysis.
Collaborate with Analytics and Product teams to align marketing with product roadmaps.
