Familytreecares is seeking a results-driven leader to manage a branch delivering high-quality home care services. You will build and mentor a professional team, collaborate with BD for marketplace presence, and support sales with senior-level engagements.

You will oversee scheduling, recruiting, client relations, and billing while ensuring regulatory compliance and timely communications with clients and staff.

Formación

• 5+ years in a leadership role with proven results.
• Experience in home care or related health services preferred.
• Employee management experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Builds a high-performing team of professionals across experience levels.
• Partners with Business Development to represent the brand in the marketplace.
• Assists sales with high level meetings and pitches to senior living communities and partners.
• Oversees all administrative/back-end branch operations: scheduling, recruiting, grievance procedures, compliance, AR, billing/payroll.
• Handles escalated client complaints and ensures efficient grievance processes.
• Drives scheduling team performance and client-care communication.
• Collaborates on recruiting strategy to attract top care providers.
• Supports Case Manager/Nurse Case Manager with scheduling and client communication.
• Works with regulatory consultant for quarterly QAPI activities.
• Partner with accounting for collections and drive accountability.
• Ensures accurate billing and payroll adherence to processes and deadlines.
• Executes corporate processes and reports on quality metrics.
