You will coach care managers and field clinicians, fostering ownership and collaboration while leading hiring and development. Strong clinical standards and regulatory alignment are expected as you drive growth with accountability.

Qualifications

• Active RN or Therapist license required.
• Leadership experience in home health or related healthcare setting.
• Passion for developing teams and delivering patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all clinical services to ensure safe, high-quality care delivery.
• Coach and mentor Clinical Care Managers, PSCs, and field clinicians.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and development of a strong clinical team.
• Provide clear direction and oversight to ensure compliant care delivery.
• Partner with local teams to expand access to care and grow the branch.
