Qualifikationen

• Leadership experience with proven results in a supervisory role.
• Experience managing a team and coordinating scheduling/ops in a care setting.
• Experience in home care or related healthcare services.

Aufgaben

• Build and lead a high-performing team of professionals across levels.
• Serve as the face of the brand with community partners and influencers.
• Support sales with high-level meetings and pitches to senior living communities and corporate partners.
• Provide managerial oversight for scheduling, recruiting, client grievances, regulatory compliance, AR coordination, and payroll/billing.
• Handle escalated client complaints and ensure grievances are resolved efficiently.
• Develop recruiting strategies to attract high-performing care providers.
• Coordinate with Case Manager/Nurse Case Manager on caregiving tasks and scheduling needs.
• Collaborate on bi-annual QAPI processes and with accounting on collections.
