Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing engineering or related field.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience leading high-value, cross-functional projects.
• Familiarity with safety, cost, quality and delivery tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage new customer-specific process and equipment development projects.
• Develop scope of technical work, coordinate the team and prioritize work assignments.
• Support manufacturing technical issues from concept to obsolescence.
• Evaluate supplier capabilities and negotiate cost-optimized manufacturing solutions.
• Serve as SME for sub-sectors of manufacturing when needed.
