Qualifications

• 6+ years in a process engineer or similar role.
• Project Management experience with complex engineering projects.
• Knowledge of DOE and DFX principles.
• Experience developing and releasing manufacturing processes for new products.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy and optimize manufacturing processes to meet quality, cost and delivery goals.
• Lead development and release of full manufacturing processes for new customer products.
• Align customer technical roadmap with process development and feedback to team and management.
• Develop costed, optimized processes using DFX tools to reduce manufacturing cost and improve quality.
