Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in large-scale process development projects for customers.
• Knowledge of SMT, PCBA, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Ability to perform line balancing and capacity studies.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer roadmaps and manage all new customer-specific process development projects.
• Coordinate team, assign work, and support product lifecycle for manufacturing issues.
• Develop technical scope, coordinate line and area releases, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Support best-practice standards, participate in industry organizations, and provide global training.
• Set yearly department plans and evaluate performance against KPIs.
