Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, procurement and deployment of standard automation solutions.
• Plan hardware/software upgrades and analyze OEE to drive performance gains.
• Lead equipment validation activities (FAT/SAT) with multiple stakeholders.
• Develop maintenance plans and ensure equipment meets target performance.
• Support product roadmaps using URS, DFAA and PM workbooks.
• Drive corrective actions for machine failures and quality issues.
• Collaborate with Process Engineering to ensure equipment meets product specs.
