Job summary

Celestica, Inc. is seeking a Senior Lead Engineer, Manufacturing Process to design and optimize processes for high-volume production in Fort Worth, TX. You will lead process development for new customer products and drive cost, quality and delivery improvements across manufacturing operations.

You will apply DFX methods, run DoE studies, and mentor teams while collaborating with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure robust, scalable manufacturing solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent required.
• 4–6 years in a similar role.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration.
