Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Understand the customer’s technical roadmap and manage all new customer-specific process development projects.
• Lead development of fully costed manufacturing solutions for multiple customer engagements.
• Define the scope of technical work, coordinate the team, direct work assignments and assist with problem resolution across the product life cycle.
• Evaluate, optimize and negotiate trade-offs for DFX issues with suppliers, customers, supply chain and equipment leaders for a cost-optimized total manufacturing solution.
• Set yearly plans and goals for the department and provide regular performance evaluations and KPI-based targets.
