Job summary

Celestica is seeking a Lead Engineer, Manufacturing Equipment in Fort Worth, TX to lead the development and deployment of manufacturing equipment and automation solutions. You will coordinate with multiple stakeholders, drive improvement projects, and ensure equipment performance aligns with production goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1 to 3 years of related experience in manufacturing equipment roles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, procurement and implementation of automation solutions for manufacturing equipment.
• Plan and drive hardware/software improvements of automated lines using OEE and data analysis.
• Lead FAT/SAT validation activities and ensure equipment meets specifications.
