Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, procurement and implementation of off-the-shelf automation solutions to support manufacturing equipment needs.
• Plan and lead hardware and software improvements of automated lines, analyze OEE data, and coordinate with solution providers.
• Lead equipment validation activities such as FAT and SAT.
• Develop maintenance plans and drive performance and OEE improvements across machines.
• Collaborate with Process Engineering to ensure equipment meets product requirements.
• Support customer product roadmaps using URS, DFAA and PM workbook.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
