Job summary

Interdependence is seeking a strategic, entrepreneurial Director of M&A to partner with executive leadership in driving growth through strategic acquisitions across B2B PR, marketing, and digital agencies.

This is a hands-on role focused on identifying acquisition opportunities, developing targeted outreach and marketing strategies, and building relationships with acquisition targets. The position is 100% remote, offering flexibility to work from anywhere in the world.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in M&A/acquisitions in B2B with direct experience supporting acquisitions.
• Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills, with experience engaging founders, owners, and senior executives.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunter mentality and strong sense of ownership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted marketing and outreach strategies to identify and attract acquisition targets.
• Build and manage campaigns to engage agency founders and owners using B2B channels like paid advertising, email, LinkedIn, and content.
• Proactively identify acquisition targets, build a robust pipeline, and lead initial conversations with prospective partners.
