Ladders is seeking a Director, Corporate Development: M&A Integration & Operations (Remote) to lead the integration strategy and execution for mergers and acquisitions, partnering with senior leaders to ensure a smooth transition from diligence through steady state.

The role oversees integration planning, KPI tracking, and cross-functional collaboration to strengthen a technology-focused corporate development function while enabling remote work across the United States.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in corporate development or M&A integration in tech.
• Proven end-to-end M&A integration across transactions.
• Strong program management for multi-stakeholder workstreams.
• Excellent communication with executives.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate organizational fit and integration risks during diligence.
• Own integration planning and execution from diligence to steady state.
• Collaborate with GTM Operations on commercial integration workstreams.
• Track integration KPIs and report progress to leadership.
• Conduct integration retrospectives to improve processes.
• Establish operational infrastructure for corporate development functions.
• Identify opportunities for portfolio alignment with the organization.
