Interdependence, a fast-growing, fully remote PR and marketing platform, is seeking a strategic Director of M&A to drive growth through acquisitions across B2B PR, marketing, and digital agencies. You will identify targets, craft outreach, and build scalable processes with executive leadership.

The role blends strategic vision with hands-on execution, requiring hunter mentality, strong relationships with founders and leaders, and the ability to expand the firm’s capabilities and market presence

Qualifications

• 7+ years of M&A experience in B2B sectors.
• Understanding of sourcing, BD and M&A processes.
• Proven ability to engage founders and senior executives.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Hunter mentality with ownership and entrepreneurial drive.

Responsabilités

• Identify and pursue acquisition targets in B2B PR/marketing/digital agencies.
• Build a robust pipeline through outreach, networking, and marketing.
• Develop and manage an acquisition marketing funnel with KPIs.
• Lead initial conversations and assess fit for partnerships.
• Collaborate with leadership and advisors on due diligence.
• Report pipeline performance to the executive team.
