Job summary

Dior Beverly Hills seeks a Client Engagement Director to shape and implement clienteling across all tiers, driving sales and long-term relationships. The role recruits new clients, nurtures mid- and top-tier segments, and acts as an ambassador for Dior’s elite clientele, partnering with boutique and corporate teams to deliver personalized experiences and coach the retail staff to KPIs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of retail management experience.
• Knowledge of luxury and hospitality industries with commercial creativity.
• Ability to develop, train, and provide feedback to associates to optimize performance.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays and operate IT/POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of zone client strategy and develop clienteling culture specific to the House of Dior Beverly Hills.
• Create mapping and client journeys for top clients, including events, gifting, and activations.
• Develop monthly outreach plans focused on mid-tier client growth and ensure follow-up and tracking by associates.
• Coach and train sales associates and management on relationship selling, client discovery, capture, and follow-up.
• Partner with Events, Experience, and Client teams to deliver market-appropriate client experiences and nominate clients for uber-luxury moments.
