Mission Ridge Ski Resort seeks a Director of Lift Services to lead the Lift Maintenance and Lift Operations departments, ensuring maintenance, inspections, regulatory compliance, and safe operation of all lifts. The role reports to the Director of Mountain Operations and supervises two managers, providing technical guidance and accountability.

The ideal candidate has deep lift knowledge, strong leadership, and the ability to develop managers.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; technical, mechanical, or electrical training or an associate degree is preferred.
• Minimum of five years of ski lift maintenance and/or lift operations experience, including at least two years in supervisory role.
• Experience with lift inspections, permitting, and ANSI B77.1 compliance is strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Directly supervise lift managers; mentor, evaluate, and support hiring, scheduling, and staff development.
• Oversee seasonal readiness, inspections, load tests, and training to open on schedule.
• Direct ANSI B77.1 and state compliance efforts, coordinate annual inspections, maintain permits.
