Mission Ridge seeks a Director of Mountain Operations to lead Lift Operations, Grooming, Snowmaking, and more. You will coordinate with agencies and senior leadership to ensure winter readiness and annual budgets, while guiding department managers and on-mountain teams.

The role requires hands-on ski area operations knowledge, strategic planning, and a proactive leadership style to maintain safety and guest satisfaction across the mountain.

Qualifications

• AA degree or equivalent from a two-year college; higher education preferred.
• Minimum of five years of ski area operations experience, including at least three years as a department manager.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a snowmobile and other mountain equipment preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead all outside operational departments, including Lift Operations, Lift Maintenance, Grooming, Snowmaking, Terrain Park, Vehicle Maintenance, Ski Patrol, and summer trail and slope construction.
• Coordinate daily on-mountain operations and communicate across all resort areas.
• Establish operating and capital budgets; monitor performance against budget throughout the year.
