Job summary

Solitude Mountain Resort is seeking a Lift Operations Manager to provide strategic leadership for all lift operations year-round. You will manage a team of Lift Supervisors, Leads, and Operators, while ensuring safety, efficient operations, and exceptional guest experiences across the mountain.

The role reports to the Lift Operations Director and collaborates with Maintenance to deliver training, performance management, and department goals that align with resort objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of ski resort operations, lift systems, and procedures.
• Proven ability to lead through sound decisions, communication, collaboration, and guest service.
