A mountain resort is seeking a motivated Lift Operations Director to oversee daily lift operations. Responsibilities include recruiting and training staff, ensuring safety and compliance with industry regulations, and managing lift operation schedules. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and preferably experience in lift operations or the resort industry. This role requires the ability to work in varying weather conditions and physical tasks such as lifting.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and reliability are essential.
• Management, scheduling, and payroll experience preferred.
• Ability to operate ski lifts, ATVs, and snowmobiles is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily lift operations for safety and efficiency.
• Recruit, train, and supervise lift operators and staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Monitor and manage staff performance and guest concerns.
