Mountain Creek is seeking a Lift Operations Manager to oversee the safe daily operation of lifts, zip tours, the Mountain Coaster, and Colorado River rides year-round. This full-time role reports to the Resort Operations Director and requires strong leadership, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to manage budgets and staff.

You will hire, train, and coach staff; maintain checklists and ride logs; coordinate with Ski Patrol and Risk Management; and ensure excellent guest service in all

Qualifications

• Experience in lift operations or resort operations preferred.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience is required.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual labor outdoors.

Responsabilités

• Oversees safe daily operation of all lifts including Zip Tours and Mountain Coaster.
• Conducts staff hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Develops and documents training for safe lift operations.
• Ensures adherence to safety policies and resort procedures.
• Maintains ride/log documentation and incident reporting with Ski Patrol.
