Chime is seeking a Director of Lifecycle Marketing Operations to build and run the operational engine behind member messaging—campaign execution, channel health, deliverability, automation, and governance at scale. You will lead a growing execution team and partner with MarTech, Growth Engineering, and lifecycle strategy leads to turn strategy into high-quality live messaging.

This leadership role requires deep technical depth to set operational strategy, prioritize work, and drive automation

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in marketing or CRM operations, lifecycle execution, or martech; 3+ years leading teams.

Aufgaben

• Own the Messaging Operations engine across campaign execution, channel health, deliverability, automation, and platform layer; define metrics (throughput, quality, speed to launch).
• End-to-end operational process from intake to launch: build, QA, deployment, and QA standards for scale.
• Drive automation and AI-agent roadmap; shift from manual to supervised automated workflows; apply learnings to Lifecycle roadmap.
• Own governance for all shipping: channel standards, deliverability and compliance, QA model for automated and agent-driven sending.
