Job summary

HITT Contracting Inc is seeking a Director of Learning & Development to lead learning across our growing organization. This role will advance enterprise programs, early career development, and skilled trades education, aligning learning with business needs.

Based onsite at the Falls Church, VA headquarters, the candidate will champion modern adult learning practices and evaluate new learning technologies. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of L&D leadership, strategic vision, and a proven

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive learning and development experience.
Strong expertise in adult learning practices and instructional design.
Experience leading across enterprise learning, early career programs, and skilled trades development.

Responsibilities

Oversee LMS and proprietary content to ensure a consistent, high-quality learner experience.
Lead enterprise learning programs and early career development initiatives.
Advance innovative learning approaches including AI, immersive, AR/VR, and mobile learning.
Develop craft, skilled trades, and apprenticeship programs and governance.
