• 10+ years of progressive learning and development experience.
• Strong expertise in adult learning practices and instructional design.
• Experience leading across enterprise learning, early career programs, and skilled trades development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee LMS and proprietary content to ensure a consistent, high-quality learner experience.
• Lead enterprise learning programs and early career development initiatives.
• Advance innovative learning approaches including AI, immersive, AR/VR, and mobile learning.
• Develop craft, skilled trades, and apprenticeship programs and governance.
