The ideal candidate has 10+ years in L&D within construction or AEC, with deep expertise in adult learning, instructional design, and learning technology, and can drive scalable programs, measure impact, and partner with Safety,

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in adult learning, instructional and experience design.
• Proven ability to lead complex learning initiatives at scale.
• Strong people leadership with cross-functional collaboration.
• Understanding of evolving learning technology landscape and tools.
• Experience with early talent, workforce development, or apprenticeship programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead LMS and proprietary content portfolio with accessible, engaging materials.
• Set standards for learning content and instructional design aligned to how people work.
• Continuously modernize curriculum, consolidating or retiring content as needed.
• Develop scalable processes to engage subject-matter experts in content creation.
• Partner with Safety to support a comprehensive safety learning program for all roles.
• Translate business needs into high-impact enterprise learning programs.
