Job summary

FlatironDragados is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead a team and drive HR initiatives across a District or Mega Project. You will partner with leadership on talent acquisition, employee relations, total rewards and compliance, while aligning HR programs with business goals.

The role emphasizes building relationships, strategic planning, and delivering programs that support project success. A strong background in HR within construction and relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of experience in HR.
• Construction industry experience preferred.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and confidentiality skills.

Responsibilities

• Forecast resourcing needs with business leaders and support district/project goals.
• Assist talent acquisition with screening and interview coordination for all levels.
• Coordinate onboarding for district level hires and transfers.
• Investigate employee relations issues with legal compliance guidance.
• Conduct exit interviews and ensure proper documentation.
