Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a senior leader to direct language services across multiple regions, including Illinois, Wisconsin, or the Southeast. You will coach a team of managers, align regional operations with enterprise goals, and drive standardization and quality initiatives.

The role requires 7+ years in language services or healthcare operations with strong P&L, budget, and stakeholder collaboration experience. This hybrid position supports enterprise-wide program delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
Healthcare leadership certification preferred.
Extensive experience in language services or healthcare operations.

Responsibilities

Direct multi-region language services operations across Illinois, Wisconsin, or NC/Southeast.
Develop and coach 3-4 managers with performance management and succession planning.
Set strategic direction for regional language services aligned with enterprise goals.
Drive initiatives for standardization, quality improvement, and service expansion.
Oversee interpreter management and regional operations support.
Lead cross-functional partnerships with clinical leadership and community organizations.
Manage P&L, including budget development and contract negotiation.
Ensure compliance with Joint Commission and other regulations.
