Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct multi-region language services operations across assigned areas.
• Develop and manage 3-4 managers through coaching and performance management.
• Set strategic direction for regional language services aligned with enterprise goals.
• Drive enterprise initiatives including standardization and service expansion.
• Oversee interpreter management and operational support across regions.
• Lead cross-functional partnership and service line integration.
• Manage community engagement and partnerships within regions.
• Ensure patient safety compliance and Joint Commission readiness.
• Coordinate with Control Tower on operations and scheduling.
• Drive quality, regulatory compliance and patient experience.
• Build partnerships with clinical leadership and community organizations.
• Manage P&L including budgets, business cases and contracts.
