Responsibilities

• Direct multi-region language services operations across assigned geographic areas.
• Develop and manage 3-4 managers through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
• Set strategic direction for regional language services aligned with enterprise goals.
• Drive enterprise initiatives including standardization, quality improvement, and service expansion.
• Oversee interpreter management and cross-functional partnership.
