• Direct multi-region language services operations across Illinois, Wisconsin, or North Carolina/Southeast.
• Develop and manage 3-4 managers through coaching, mentoring and performance management.
• Set strategic direction for regional language services aligned with enterprise goals.
• Drive enterprise initiatives including standardization, quality improvement, and service expansion.
• Oversee interpreter management and operational support across regions.
• Lead cross-functional partnerships and service line integration.
• Manage community engagement programs and partnerships within regions.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission standards and patient safety protocols.
• Report enterprise results to AVP leadership and sponsor change initiatives.
• Build partnerships with clinical leadership and community organizations.
• Oversee P&L accountability including budgeting and contract negotiation.
