Avantor is seeking an Industrial Security Director / Head of Product Security based in Carpinteria, CA to oversee industrial security programs and lead the security organization supporting our aerospace and defense-focused silicones business. Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years in Industrial Security or related field, or a graduate degree with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• U.S. citizen with active DoD TS/SCI clearance.
• Deep knowledge of NISPOM, 32 CFR Part 117, NIST SP 800-53/171, and DFARS.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and collaborative leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and oversee industrial security programs aligned with government requirements.
• Lead security organization supporting Aerospace & Defense silicone business.
• Advise executive leadership on risk mitigation and compliance.
• Coordinate investigations and maintain security incident response plans.
