Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field with 12 years of Industrial Security or related experience, or graduate degree with 10 years of relevant experience.
• Detailed knowledge of NISPOM/32 CFR Part 117, NIST SP 800-53/171, and DFARS.
• U.S. citizen with active DoD TS/SCI clearance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience mentoring security personnel in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement security policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines aligned with government requirements.
• Develop and guide program implementation to minimize security risks, liabilities and losses.
• Develop and support information assurance and security programs focused on protecting classified and sensitive information.
• Lead a team of security professionals to ensure leadership expectations are met.
