Avantor's NuSil unit in Carpinteria, CA is seeking an Industrial Security Director / Head of Product Security to oversee security programs and lead the security organization that supports our aerospace and defense silicone business.

The role requires U.S. citizenship, active DoD TS/SCI clearance, and deep knowledge of NISPOM, NIST SP 800-53/171, and DFARS, plus strong leadership and executive communication with customers and partners.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years Industrial Security or related exp or graduate degree with 10+ years, as stated.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and hold/maintain an active DoD TS/SCI clearance.
• Detailed knowledge of NISPOM/DFARS/NIST standards and security processes.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and lead security programs aligned with government requirements.
• Advise executive leadership on risk, compliance and security controls.
• Coordinate investigations and security education/training across the organization.
• Lead and develop a team of security professionals to meet KPIs and milestones.
