Job summary

Frank Lloyd Wright is seeking a senior HR Director to shape and lead the HR function from Oak Park. You will partner with top leadership to implement strategic HR initiatives supporting organizational growth and a high-performance culture.

The role requires driving HR policy, compliance, talent acquisition, employee development, and competitive compensation while fostering inclusion and strong labor-law knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration, or related field.
• SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.
• A minimum of 7 years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

• Stay up to date with labor laws and regulations, ensuring HR practices remain compliant.
