Qualifications

• 10+ years leading large software engineering programs with KPI reporting.
• 8+ years in matrix leadership roles guiding cross-functional teams.
• 4+ years partnering with architecture, product, and PMO on product development.
• 2+ years leading discovery sessions, workshops and enablement activities.
• 2+ years coordinating across software cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the Platform strategy and delivery with Architecture, Tech Product owners and AppDev teams.
• Build and scale internal platforms (IPs), golden paths, and self-service tools to lower cognitive load.
• Scale CI/CD pipelines, IaC, GitOps, and DevSecOps to embed security and observability.
• Partner with product, architecture, and business stakeholders to design scalable, cost-effective solutions.
• Mentor and lead cross-functional teams, manage cloud spend budgets, and forecast resources.
• Track engineering productivity and reliability metrics while managing cloud costs and compliance.
• Evaluate and integrate AI/ML tools, cloud-native services, and automation in delivery lifecycle.
