Seneca Resources is seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of HR Technology to lead the vision, implementation, and ongoing management of our enterprise HR technology ecosystem. You will drive large-scale HR systems initiatives, partner with HR and IT, and build a scalable technology roadmap that improves employee experience and business outcomes.

• 10+ years of progressive HR technology leadership experience.
• Proven success leading enterprise HR system transformations.
• Hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and integrations.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with HR, IT, and executives.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the enterprise HR technology strategy.
• Lead HR technology roadmap, governance, and continuous improvement.
• Mentor HRIS teams and drive agile delivery.
