Job summary

Hunter Industries seeks a Director of Global HR Operations & Technology to lead design, scaling, and optimization of a global HR service delivery model across manufacturing and corporate environments. You will oversee HR Shared Services, HR technology, people analytics, governance, and compliance.

Partner with HR leadership, IT, Finance, and business leaders to drive digital transformation, data-driven decisions, and risk mitigation, ensuring standardized, scalable, and compliant HR operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Lean/Six Sigma, or process improvement certification and SPHR or SHRM-CP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes a multi-year HR Operations and Technology strategy aligned with enterprise objectives.
• Leads HR Shared Services and HR technology to standardize global processes.
• Defines SLAs, KPIs, and governance for scalable, compliant HR operations.
• Partners with IT, Finance, and HR leadership to drive digital transformation and data-driven decisions.
