Job summary

HealthPartners is seeking a Director of HR Technology to lead strategy, governance, and optimization of HR technology across the organization. You will drive standardized processes, data integrity, and automation initiatives, with a focus on Oracle Cloud HCM in a large, complex system.

The role reports to the VP, HR Operations and collaborates with HR, Payroll, IT and business leaders to enhance reporting, self-service, and AI-enabled solutions that improve the colleague experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Information Systems or related field.
• 10 years of progressive HRIS or HR technology experience including two years in leadership.
• Three years of Oracle Cloud HCM experience in a large, complex organization.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes the HR technology roadmap aligned with organizational priorities.
• Leads HR technology governance, including demand intake, prioritization, business cases and capacity planning.
• Oversees configuration of HR platforms, workflows, approvals, notifications and security roles.
• Owns release management, including impact assessment, regression testing and communication of changes.
• Retires customizations and supports enterprise standardization of HR processes and structures.
