IPP - Independent Pet Partners is seeking a Director of Human Resources to translate people strategy into strong HR practices that boost performance, experience, and growth. You will lead day-to-day HR ops including payroll, compliance, talent planning, and total rewards, partnering with field and corporate leaders to drive accountability and develop the HR team.

Vous will use data and technology to simplify processes and improve HR service delivery across multi-location operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use HR systems and workforce data.
• Experience with complex employee relations, compliance, talent planning and organizational change.

Responsabilités

• Provide counsel to managers and team members on HR policies and employment law.
• Lead talent planning, succession, development, and retention initiatives.
• Oversee compensation decisions, market adjustments, and pay equity alignment.
• Collaborate with field and corporate leadership on workforce planning and leadership capability.
• Lead HR process improvement and use of AI-enabled tools to reduce manual work.
