Job summary

Indiana Professional Management Group is seeking an experienced Director of Human Resources to provide strategic leadership and oversight of our HR department while supporting IPMG's growth and success.

This position leads the HR team, oversees talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, employee engagement, and compliance, partnering with executives to set HR strategy and drive process improvements that support IPMG's mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Five+ years of progressive HR experience including leading and developing an HR team.
• SHRM or PHR certification, or ability to obtain within one year of employment.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices.
• Ability to provide HR guidance to organizational leadership and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of the HR department.
• Lead and develop the HR team and drive talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, benefits, engagement and compliance.
• Collaborate with executives to identify organizational needs and develop HR strategies.
• Drive initiatives through planning to implementation while maintaining a positive, supportive team environment.
