Job summary

MissionHires is seeking a Director of Human Resources to lead all HR functions, providing strategic leadership and direction across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, training, and HR policies.

The role focuses on ensuring legal compliance, fostering a positive work environment, and driving HR initiatives in a multi-state organization. Strong leadership and strategic thinking are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in human resources management, with at least 5 years in a managerial/senior HR leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws and regulations.
• Strong knowledge of multistate payroll best practices.
• Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with organizational goals.
• Provide strategic guidance to senior management on HR matters.
• Oversee recruitment, workforce planning, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
• Develop and maintain employee relations practices and address employee concerns.
