• Handle employee relations, performance management and discipline.
• Identify training needs and coordinate development programs.
• Manage benefits programs and leave policies.
• Maintain HRIS systems and data accuracy (e.g., Bamboo).
• Collaborate with leadership on organizational changes.
• Represent HR in management meetings with strategic insights.
