About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Human Resources to lead comprehensive HR operations across our multi-site distribution, logistics, and supply chain facilities. In this vital leadership role, you will act as a key advisor to regional executives, driving human capital strategies that align talent initiatives directly with broader business objectives and operational growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with regional presidents and operational leaders to design and execute workforce strategies that support business goals.
• Employee & Labor Relations: Guide complex employee relations, navigate EEO matters, oversee ADA accommodations, and manage performance counseling and resolutions.
• Compliance & Safety: Maintain rigorous adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws while championing safety and HR compliance across multiple distributed facilities.
• Talent & Compensation: Oversee talent acquisition strategies, executive sourcing, and regional wage and salary administration.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally supporting multi-site environments within distribution, logistics, and transportation in the food distribution industry.
