Job summary

Eden Capital Careers is seeking an experienced Director of Human Resources to lead HR operations across our multi-site distribution, logistics, and supply chain facilities. You will partner with regional executives to align talent initiatives with business growth and operational goals.

In this role, you will oversee employee relations, compliance, safety, compensation and workforce planning across locations, building strong culture, guiding change, and ensuring legal adherence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally supporting multi-site environments within distribution, logistics, and transportation in the food distribution industry.
• Core skills include employment law, organizational change management, workplace culture-building, and leading dispersed, multi-location HR teams.

• Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with regional presidents and operational leaders to design and execute workforce strategies.
• Employee & Labor Relations: Guide complex employee relations, navigate EEO matters, oversee ADA accommodations, and manage performance counseling and resolutions.
