Job summary

The Pennant Group, Inc. is seeking a senior Marketing Director in Fort Worth, TX to lead all marketing operations for Home Health & Hospice services. You will oversee initiatives, build payer and referral relationships, and drive budgeted volume projections.

Applicants should have 3+ years in healthcare marketing leadership, strong negotiation and public relations skills, and a bachelor's degree in marketing or related field. On-site role with a focus on growth and quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred, but not required.
• At least three years of experience in health care marketing management, preferably in home health or hospice operations.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct professional and administrative personnel.
• Ability to market aggressively and deal tactfully with customers and the community.
• Knowledge of corporate business management.
• Strong negotiation, public relations, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs all daily marketing operations including overseeing marketing initiatives.
• Ensures maximum third-party reimbursement through negotiation of service contracts with payers.
• Assists the Executive Director/Administrator in budgeting for marketing and resource allocations.
• Conducts market assessments and develops marketing plans to meet volume projections.
• Establishes relationships with referral sources and payers.
• Recruit(s), hires, orients, and manages the marketing team.
• Builds perceptions of The Pennant Group’s Home Health & Hospice as a high-quality provider.
