The Pennant Group, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Liaison to cover Arlington, Mansfield, South Ft.

Worth and surrounding areas, delivering community outreach and developing physician and referral-source relationships to drive home health and hospice referrals. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, at least three years in healthcare marketing (hospice preferred), strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage a territory with limited

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field; master's degree preferred.
• At least three years’ experience in health care marketing, preferably hospice care.
• Ability to work independently to increase business targets and maintain relationships in the communities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and public relations skills.
• Territory management with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Generate business by creating and maintaining relationships with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, nursing homes, and other referral sources.
• Prepare and conduct sales and educational presentations for physicians, businesses and local groups about home health and hospice services.
• Assist Director of Business Development in budgeting and marketing allocations.
• Develop a comprehensive marketing plan and monitor budget adherence.
• Maintain positive relationships with referral sources and payers; document interactions (min 50 per week).
• Ensure communications and branding align with the Pennant Group culture.
