Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business administration or nursing.
• Good communication, negotiation, and public relations skills.
• Professional sales experience, preferably in healthcare.
• History of positive sales results.
• Ability to market and engage with customers, referral sources, and the community.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Generate appropriate referrals.
• Meet growth targets and establish market acceptance.
• Market with patient care team and build a selling team.
• Maintain high-quality customer service and respect all customers.
• Develop professional relationships with physicians, DONs, hospital staff.
• Develop and execute a marketing plan to meet budget.
• Utilize marketing initiatives and report cost-effectiveness.
• Provide regular educational in-services to accounts.
• Implement territory management and reassess plans.
• Identify opportunities for additional services.
• Communicate referral source needs to the team.
• Ensure admissions align with hospice care and consent.
• Present detailed reports to DON/Staff after admissions.
• Participate in evening/weekend admissions calls.
• Ensure compliance with laws and Medicare regulations.
