The Pennant Group, Custom Care Hospice is hiring a Hospice Community Liaison for the Fort Worth area. You will generate patient referrals by building and maintaining relationships with physicians, hospitals, and community organizations, and by delivering targeted presentations about home care services.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in marketing or related field (master’s preferred) and at least three years of health care marketing experience, with strong communication and public relations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field; master’s degree preferred.
• At least three years’ experience in health care marketing, preferably hospice care operations.
• Ability to market and deal tactfully with customers and the community.
• Demonstrates good communications, negotiation, and public relations skills.

Responsabilités

• Generate business by building relationships with physicians, hospitals and community groups.
• Contacts, prepares, and conducts sales and educational presentations for physicians and local groups.
• Assists Director of Business Development in budgeting and marketing allocations.
• Develops market assessments and a comprehensive marketing plan.
• Maintains branding aligned with hospice culture and positive community perceptions.
