Job summary

The Pennant Group’s Custom Care Hospice seeks a Marketing Liaison to drive business growth by cultivating relationships with physicians, hospitals, and senior communities across southern Dallas County. You will lead outreach, deliver educational presentations, and contribute to strategic marketing plans in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Ideal candidates hold a marketing or business degree with at least three years in healthcare marketing, preferably hospice operations, and a proven ability

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
• At least three years’ experience in health care marketing preferably in hospice care operations.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently to increase business targets and maintain community relationships.

Responsibilities

• Generate business by building and maintaining relationships with physicians and other medical professionals, community and senior organizations, hospitals, and referral sources.
• Prepare and conduct sales and educational presentations for physicians, businesses, and local community groups about home care services.
• Assist in establishing organization volume projections and marketing budget allocations.
• Monitor resource allocations according to budgetary limits.
• Develop market assessments and a comprehensive marketing plan to meet volume projections.
• Maintain communications and provide solutions to exceed client and internal expectations.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with referral, payer sources, and community partners.
• Document all physician visits, referral visits, follow ups, calls, and gifts, with a target of 50 quality interactions weekly.
• Ensure all communications and branding align with Vesper Hospice culture and monitor perceptions of the provider.
• Engage in strategic planning to identify opportunities for additional or improved services.
• Maintain knowledge of Home Health, Palliative Care, and Hospice markets including government agencies and payer groups.
